Product Description
The disc sorting machine is divided into two types: positive bow type and reverse bow type. It is mainly used to collect bagged food output from the finished conveyor, and to rotate and temporarily stack it for further packaging processing operations. This device can be connected to finished product conveyors and packaging machines to achieve automated workflow.
The disc of the machine is formed by a 304 stainless steel forging die, which is sturdy, stable, aesthetically pleasing, durable, safe and hygienic. This machine is equipped with a simple frequency converter for speed regulation, which has the advantages of low motor heating, low power consumption, and smooth operation. The disc sorting machine can adjust its operating speed at any time according to the speed of the packaging machine, thereby making rational use of resources.
